Today…. I failed again
Breakfast: Bowl of muesli
Lunch: Half a chicken nugget
Dinner: Spicy spaghetti bolognese
Snacks: two cookies, a muffin and two oranges
I did okay on the fruit and veg, but i still need to cut down on all of the cakes and stuff. They are my weak spot… i have to eat things that i don’t like, so that i am not tempted to eat more.
08/02/2012 - Eating
I failed again today.
Breakfast:
Yogurt
Lunch:
Half a Chicken Wrap and a Cookie.
Dinner:
8 pieces of flat pasta and 3 muffins.
I have to add more fruit and veg. to my diet, and cut out all of the bad stuff like the wrap (full of mayo) and the cookies and muffins. I have to eat oranges and drink a mug of green tea… or two. No yogurt, as it was a strawberry one, not a plain no fat one.
